Structure:
por la mañana/tarde/noche / a las + hour / en + month/season
Use por for parts of the day, a for clock times, en for months/years/seasons.
Example:
Trabajo por la mañana. La clase es a las nueve. Nació en agosto. **Translation:** I work in the morning. The class is at nine. He was born in August.
