Structure:

mon/ma/mes (my) / ton/ta/tes (your informal)

Use mon/ton/son before feminine nouns starting with a vowel or h: mon amie (not *ma amie).

Example:

mon frère, ma sœur, mes parents. ton livre, ta maison, tes amis. **Translation:** my brother, my sister, my parents. your book, your house, your friends.
